    Live Life (Ecclesiastes 9:1-10)
We return to our study in Ecclesiastes entering into the final destination. In this section of the book the Teacher offers practical points to help you arrive safely at the end of the quest. Practical Point #1 is simply to enjoy this life God has given us. Too often we allow ourselves to grumble, whine and complain about the good and the bad in our lives. The Teacher says life is too short for that. Instead enjoy life as the gift it is and do everything you do with all of your strength.

In this week's Advent message we discover that when you practice biblical love you will experience peace. Once again we see how Jesus demonstrates this principle. Christ's love for us brought us peace with God. Jesus bore our sins and covered them with His blood. We are called to let our love of others cover a multitude of sins bringing peace to one another.

    Coffee and Conversation
In our final part of our series on Meals with Jesus, we come to the coffee and conversation. There may not have been any coffee in this meal with Jesus, but around breakfast Jesus entered into an important conversation with Peter that offered him restoration and wholeness after Peter's brokenness. In this message we learn the importance of grieving our losses and sins in order to receive healing and wholeness from Christ.

Because of a technical error, this week's message wasn't recorded. The written notes are attached. This is part for of our seven part series on meals with Jesus and looking at what it means to invite people to be a part of our community. Looking at Martha's dinner party for Jesus we learn that the table is a safe place to be yourself and a safe place for Jesus to bring loving correction so that we can be more like Jesus.

    Course 3 – A compassionate Table
In our third offering of meals with Jesus we study the Feeding of the Multitude and Jesus' demonstration of compassion. But the miracle of feeding so many with just five cakes of bread and two fish is that Jesus was showing how He meets our needs when we can possible meet them ourselves. In doing so Jesus points us to how He is the bread of Life and He offers Himself to the world.

    Course 2: Forgiveness
In the second course of our series on Jesus at the table, we study the importance of forgiveness. If we want to be a community that can welcome people to come as they are, then we need to be willing to forgive them of their sins and weaknesses, failures and faults, just as God as willing to forgive us freely. A challenging message for anyone who has struggled to forgive.
