Jesus told His followers to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of Community Alliance Church is our mission to serve our God and to serve our neighbors. That service begins in our own community and spreads overseas to every nation. Here are some of our exciting ministry opportunities available at Community Alliance where you can get equipped to go and serve.

Sunday Worship:

Join us Sunday mornings for a time of worship, fellowship and learning. All of our activities are designed to get the family involved and for everyone to grow in their faith, hope, and love. Corporate worship of God is one of the greatest moments of the week. Worship at Community Alliance would be considered a blended service using both traditional hymns and contemporary songs. The preaching of the Word is central to the service seeking to instruct us in God’s truth so that we may know more of God and His grace while applying those truths to our lives and culture. We incorporate various elements of worship into our service including prayer, tithing, fellowship, singing, and preaching.

Kid’s Club — Wednesday Night Children’s Ministry (6:30-7:45) — From September through April

Kid’s Club:  Join us on Wednesday nights for our exciting children’s programs. Community Alliance offers Kid’s Clubs for children ages 3 – grades 6. During club time there’s a time of worship and Bible study, small group discussions, games and snacks. A large team of volunteers are dedicated to keeping our young people safe and engaged in God’s Word.

Youth Group: Knight Life — Experience the Knight Life (Grades 7 – 12)

Vital to the life of our church family is our ministry to the youth. At Community Alliance we seek to prayerfully build up our teens to know Christ and to stand firm in their faith. In an age that denies truth, we strive to help the teens know the truth and to live it.  For an updated calendar please call Angela Cook at 570-268-0508 or visit us at our Facebook page.

Small Group  Ministries

Join us Mondays at 7 PM to study God’s Word and to grow as disciples together
We also have a prayer time at the Community Cup in downtown Towanda each Wednesday at 9:30.
